1. The Cat Cafe

The Cat Cafe first opened in 2014 and has become one of the most popular ones in the Little Red Dot. Their first branch in Bugis is now home to at least 15 cats.
The two founders are feline lovers who made a business opportunity out of rescuing cats, which is why all the cats at their cafe are either adoptees from shelters or strays. Now, they have a second branch located at Rail Mall in Upper Bukit Timah Road.
For SGD 16, you get to spend two hours at the cafe with a complimentary canned drink and free Wi-Fi use. The cafe has options for coffee, tea, chocolate, and freshly-baked pastries as top-ups. If you like to stay beyond two hours, you only need to pay SGD 4 for every additional 30 minutes.

2. Meomi Cat Cafe
At least seven fur babies rule in this rustic cat haven at Kampong Glam. Here at Meomi Cat Cafe, you can treat the kitties and yourself to snacks (coffee and pastries for you, cat treats for them).
Choose from the cafe’s wide selection of brews and sweets (the chocolate cake is a massive hit among loyal customers). If you want to feed the cats, you can only do so during their scheduled meal times, so you might want to time your visit accordingly.
The first hour is priced at SGD 13, which comes with a complimentary drink. If you want to extend your stay, the charge is SGD 5 for every 30 minutes.

3. Playground Ragdolls
This Joo Chiat district cat cafe is unique because you can only find Ragdoll kittens here, and there are no food and refreshments available. Playground Ragdolls is for those who don’t mind not having the extras that other cafes have and just want to spend some quality time with this beautiful cat breed.
The cats lounge around an artsy third-floor space, accommodating up to six visitors per session. Playground Ragdoll is The International Cat Association®-registered and is an Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore-licensed Ragdoll cattery where you can reserve and purchase kittens from the establishment. The hourly rate is SGD 15, and reservations are required for all visitors.

4. Catopia Cat Cafe
A genuinely cosy ambience and at least ten cats to cuddle with is what you can expect here at Catopia Cat Cafe. The cafe, located at Dunlop Street, is designed as a simple haven where you can relax with coffee and snacks while you bask in the company of the resident felines. Cakes and desserts are served for a starting price of SGD 5 (the full menu is available in-store).
The entry charge is SGD 12 per hour and comes with a complimentary drink. If you want to extend your stay, it’s SGD 6 for another 30 minutes and SGD 8 for an hour. As part of social distancing measures, the cafe requires its patrons to wear face masks and socks before entering. Admission is strictly by reservation only, and they recommend booking your slot at least two hours in advance.

5. NekoTown Cat Cafe
NekoTown is one of the most affordable cat cafes in Singapore at $9/hour. There are fun toys available for you to play with the adorable felines. Each visitor is allowed to purchase 1 packet of wet cat treats for $1 to feed the kitties. Best of all, free flow drinks are available to quench your thirst.
